Buyer/Planner – Footwear Category

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven
Buyer/Planner
to join our team and take ownership of the
footwear category
across our retail and wholesale operations in Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop seasonal buy plans aligned with brand guidelines and market trends.
• Analyse data and trends to optimise assortments, replenishment and markdown strategies.
• Manage product lifecycle, stock levels, and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with suppliers and wholesale clients, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Support retail teams through product knowledge sessions and training.
• Attend international buying sessions and represent the brand in product presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience as Buyer, Demand Planner or Supply Planner (ideally in fashion/footwear).
• Solid understanding of retail & wholesale business models.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and organisational skills.
• Commercial mindset, problem-solving attitude, and passion for footwear & fashion.
