Tsianakas & Partners is a leading Greek law firm with offices in Athens, in Mykonos major cities of Greece

and in Cyprus, is currently looking for an Associate who would like to join its dynamic, motivating and highly skilled team of qualified attorneys.

Duties and Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer based in Athens. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing

comprehensive legal services across a wide range of legal activities. Key responsibilities will include:

  • In- and out- of court representation of clients
  • Handling multiple legal matters simultaneously and independently – ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines
  • Legal Research
  • Preparing expert legal opinions, either independently or in collaboration with other team members.
  • Reporting to clients by providing updates, briefing notes, and insights on significant legal developments and industry changes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Law
  • Master's degree is desirable
  • 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a leading law firm and/or large in-house department
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to deliver clear, practical, and business-oriented advice.
  • Adherence to deadlines, diligence in work, communication skills, and ability to take initiative.
