We are looking for an Order and Invoicing Coordinator

The role is based at the facilities of Hellenic Catering, in Pallini.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of order records and price lists in ERP and the e-order system.
  • Receipt of orders from Group stores and third-party customers via the electronic platform.
  • Communication with customers and coordination with other departments (inventory management, warehousing, and distribution) to schedule and dispatch orders, ensuring optimal service.
  • Preparation and issuance of invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, cancellations, etc., in compliance with tax legislation.
  • Monitoring complaints, product returns, and recording the relevant documentation.
  • Preparation of requests for new product codes and coordination of their distribution to stores.
  • Informing customers about shortages or changes to the agreed delivery schedule.

Required qualifications:

  • University / Technical Institute / Vocational College degree (preferably in Economics).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of ERP, WMS, or other order management/invoicing software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
