our in-house creative studio.

We are looking for a
Senior Architect / Interior Designer
to join a multi-disciplinary team of architects, interior designers, product designers, graphic designers and illustrators who work together from concept to execution. ERGON Atelier is a place where ideas move across disciplines, and big-scale projects are built by many hands.

What You Will Work On

You will lead the design of some of ERGON's most ambitious projects:

  • ERGON Houses in Greece, UK, US and Middle East
  • ERGON Agoras in existing and new global markets
  • 72H Bakehouse, Balboa, Parla, Tzeneral and new hospitality concepts

These are projects with architectural depth, cultural layers and international visibility.

Your Role

  • Lead concept, spatial design, materials, lighting and FF&E
  • Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary creative team
  • Coordinate with external consultants, engineers and international partners
  • Produce detailed drawing packages and oversee site execution
  • Maintain the ERGON design ethos: crafted, warm, human, Mediterranean
  • Travel occasionally for key international projects

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in architecture or interior design
  • Strong portfolio in hospitality, F&B or hotel design
  • Skilled in both concept creation and detail design
  • Confident working with multidisciplinary creatives
  • Comfortable leading projects from sketch to site
  • A designer with taste, instinct, curiosity and ownership
