The Role
We're seeking a Medical Representative to expand BIONAT's presence in Athens/Attica. You'll build trusted HCP (healthcare professionals) relationships, communicate clinical value, and deliver territory goals while collaborating closely with marketing, medical, and supply teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, conduct, and document field visits to HCPs (Health Care Professionals) in private and public settings; deliver compelling, compliant product presentations.
- Execute territory plans (coverage, frequency, segmentation) and track KPIs via CRM; provide timely reporting and insights.
- Develop a healthy opportunity pipeline; convert leads to sales and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay current on product science, guidelines, and competitor activity; share feedback from the field to inform strategy.
- Represent BIONAT at congresses, workshops, and local professional events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Health/Life Sciences or a related field.
- Previous experience in medical sales is a great asset—not a prerequisite.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; strong negotiation and follow-through.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; fluent Greek and good command of English.
- Valid driving licence.
