Ever wondered what it feels like to be an Application Consultant - Card Transactions in Netcompany?

As a Card Switching Application Consultant, you will:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Configure and customize software applications according to client specifications.
  • Conduct system demonstrations, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.
  • Assist in the deployment, integration, and implementation of applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and procedures.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform future enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an Applications Consultant or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix/AIX O/S, relevant scripting languages (Shell script, perl script), and relational databases (preferably Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
  • Knowledge of business process modeling.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role.
  • Experience with Card switching systems and integration tools like Oracle Tuxedo and Oracle Weblogic.
  • Ability to provide technical training and support.
