Key Responsibilities
- Bied uitstekende klantenservice aan Nederlandstalige cliënten via verschillende communicatiekanalen, waaronder telefoon, e-mail en chat

Requirements
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling) is essentieel; kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
- Eerdere ervaring in klantenservice of ondersteunende functies is vereist
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met een klantgerichte mentaliteit
- Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een proactieve benadering van klantvragen
- Bekendheid met klantenservice-software en CRM-systemen is een pré
