Store Operations Coordinator
(Οδηγός - Υπεύθυνος Αποθεμάτων & Φορτώσεων)
Αρμοδιότητες:
· Οργανώνει τη διανομή και τροφοδοσία προϊόντων στα καταστήματα, σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες και τα αποθέματα
· Ελέγχει και καταγράφει τα αποθέματα, τα επίπεδα χρέωσης και τις πωλήσεις
· Παρακολουθεί την καλή λειτουργία των συστημάτων χρέωσης και αναφέρει προβλήματα
· Συνεργάζεται με τεχνικούς και διαχειριστές logistics για άμεση επίλυση ζητημάτων
· Εφαρμόζει διαδικασίες ασφάλειας και υγιεινής κατά την τροφοδοσία των καταστημάτων, πχ: έλεγχος ημερομηνίας λήξης, αλλοίωσης προϊόντων κτλ
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
· Απόφοιτος ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ/Λυκείου – επιθυμητό πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση, Logistics ή συναφές αντικείμενο
· Προϋπηρεσία σε ρόλο διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων, εφοδιαστικής ή λειτουργίας καταστημάτων
· Καλή γνώση MS Office
· Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
· Βασική κατανόηση διαδικασιών τροφοδοσίας και παρακολούθησης αποθεμάτων
· Δυνατότητα μετακινήσεων.
