At Uni Systems, we are transforming digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and are looking for a Junior Professional Services Engineer to join our UniQue team

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of technical solutions for our clients.
  • Participate in technical workshops and training sessions to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Conduct system testing and validation of new implementations and upgrades.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Document processes and technical specifications for current and future reference.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of presentations to clients on system functionality and usage.

Requirements

What qualifications are necessary for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and various application software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous internships or project work related to IT services or client support is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
