About The Role
Housemen and Runners support the operational flow of the Housekeeping department by ensuring that floors, rooms, and public areas remain fully stocked, functional, and guest-ready. You provide vital behind-the-scenes assistance that enables attendants and supervisors to deliver an exceptional, seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver linens, amenities, and supplies to floors
- Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and large items
- Support the cleaning of public areas and back-of-house
- Manage garbage collection and recycling procedures
- Respond quickly to urgent requests from supervisors
- Assist with setup and breakdown of housekeeping operations
Requirements
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy things
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork spirit
- Basic English communication
