Role Overview

The Houseman is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Requirements

Key Accountabilities:

  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds and restocking linens and amenities.
  • Cleaning and organizing public areas.
  • Assisting housekeeping with the delivery of linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
  • Helping set up and arranging furniture or equipment for guest rooms or special events.
  • Assisting with laundry duties, including collecting, sorting, and delivering laundry items.
  • Monitoring the supplies of housekeeping and reporting any shortages.
  • Performs any other reasonable duties as required by Management.

Requirements:

  • Prior working experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of English language
