Η ManpowerGroup Greece, για λογαριασμό Δικηγορικής Εταιρείας που εξειδικεύεται στην παροχή νομικών υπηρεσιών σε ένα ευρύ φάσμα δραστηριοτήτων, αναζητά Collection Supervisor.

Τοποθεσία: Κέντρο Αθήνας (προσβάσιμο με Μ.Μ.Μ)

   Μοντέλο εργασίας: Δια ζώσης

Πρόγραμμα εργασίας: Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή, 09:00-17:00

​ Σύμβαση: Αορίστου χρόνου

Τι θα χρειαστεί να κάνεις:

  • Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή στρατηγικών για την αύξηση της αποτελεσματικότητας της είσπραξης οφειλών
  • Αναγνώριση και εισαγωγή βέλτιστων πρακτικών και καινοτομιών στον τομέα της collection
  • Ανάλυση δεδομένων και τάσεων για την ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών βελτίωσης της αποδοτικότητας και της αποτελεσματικότητας
  • Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση των δύσκολων ή υψηλού κινδύνου λογαριασμών
  • Ενημέρωση της ομάδας για οποιεσδήποτε αλλαγές στους κανονισμούς ή στις πολιτικές
  • Καθορισμός στόχων και παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης των μελών της ομάδας
  • Εξασφάλιση ότι οι υπάλληλοι ακολουθούν τις κατάλληλες διαδικασίες και πρακτικές

Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/IEK
  • Απαραίτητη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση διαχείρισης τραπεζικού χαρτοφυλακίου
  • Άριστη γνώση MSOffice (World, Excel)
  • Ηγετικές Ικανότητες
  • Στρατηγική σκέψη
  • Επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
