Field Service Engineer

360, a subsidiary of Vodafone, is hiring Field Service Engineers to support the accelerated rollout of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks across Greece. The role involves on-site installation, testing, and maintenance of fiber connections, as well as resolving technical issues at customers' premises, with the aim of restoring service quickly and delivering high-quality support that ensures a positive customer experience.

The primary objective of the role is to resolve technical issues at the customer's premises, aiming for the immediate restoration of service and the delivery of high-quality support, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the accelerated deployment and expansion of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks by performing field activities related to installation, activation, and service assurance
• Identify and report technical issues related to service faults
• Resolve technical problems and customer requests promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with Engineers, Team Leaders, and other Departments to mitigate risks and improve operational performance
• Promote Vodafone products and services to enhance the overall customer experience

• Experience in a technical support department (optional)
• Experience or knowledge of FTTH networks and fiber installations will be considered a plus
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to act with urgency when required
• Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing needs
• Knowledge of fixed telephony products and services
