Job Description

Ο/Η HSE Specialist θα οδηγεί την ενσωμάτωση των προτύπων HSE και των element κουλτούρας στις γραμμές παραγωγής, με έμφαση στη διαμόρφωση ασφαλούς κουλτούρας και στην εφαρμογή καθημερινών συμπεριφορών ασφάλειας. Ο ρόλος συνδυάζει επαφή με τις γραμμές και υποστήριξη στα HSE culture standards, όπως και σε τεχνικά θέματα.

Κύρια Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες

Παρουσία στις γραμμές παραγωγής, coaching σε operators & supervisors για HSE συμπεριφορές.

Υποστήριξη στην εφαρμογή και παρακολούθηση των HSE Culture Standards.

Εφαρμογή και έλεγχος συμμόρφωσης σε LOTO διαδικασίες και βασικά HSE technical standards.

Υποστήριξη σε καμπάνιες ευαισθητοποίησης (π.χ. no gloves no touch, 3-point contact, speak up).

Συμμετοχή σε audits (culture & technical), καταγραφή ευρημάτων και follow-up actions.

Συνεργασία με Production, Engineering, Quality για να προωθείται η κουλτούρα ασφάλειας.

Υποστήριξη σε BOS, IL6S και Safety initiatives του εργοστασίου.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Πιστοποίηση NEBOSH σε Safety Management ή ισοδύναμη αναγνωρισμένη πιστοποίηση σε Health & Safety.

Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε θέση HSE σε βιομηχανία τροφίμων ή FMCG.

Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία με διαδικασίες LOTO.

Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και εκπαίδευσης εργαζομένων όλων των επιπέδων.

Δεξιότητες coaching & επιρροής για την ενίσχυση της ασφάλειας κουλτούρας.

Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά & προφορικά).

Καλή γνώση MS Office για reporting & tracking.

Εμπειρία σε HSE cultural projects ή safety campaigns.
