Guest Relations Supervisor
to join the
MarBella
hotel team for
2026
in
Corfu.

  • Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival
  • Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
  • Report customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
  • Respond to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
  • Promptly address guests' requests
  • Actively listen to and resolve complaints
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
  • Inform clients of services
  • Manage guest relations team to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures

Requirements

  • High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent required. College degree preferred
  • Proven work experience as Guest Relations in supervisory/management capacity in a luxury property required. Previous guest service and general computer experience preferred. Property Management Software experience preferred
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory as well as the ability to speak, read and write clearly. Must be able to listen to, read and/or write instructions, memos, short correspondences and messages. Second language preferred
  • Excellent communication and people skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Successfully manage stress, anxiety, and pressure associated with tight deadlines, heavy workload, and hotel emergency situations
  • Detail Orientation
  • A team player with a positive can-do attitude and a hands-on, results-driven approach
