The resort's 117 Rooms, Suites and Villas, all designed in a luxurious and chic style, are punctuated by lush gardens and two show-stopping infinity pools. Designed like a traditional Mykonian village perched on a slope leading down to the sea, the location is exceptional. Only 10 minutes from the airport, port and Mykonos Town, Santa Marina, Mykonos is in close reach of everything the beautiful island has to offer.

Santa Marina, a Luxury Collection Resort, in Mykonos is looking for a competent and ambitious warm and outgoing Digital Guest Experience Agent to be part of our Team for the summer season of 2025.

The candidate must be looking for a place to work that inspires, challenges and makes him/her proud to come to work.

Under the guidance of their supervisor, the Digital Guest Experience Agent will be responsible for enhancing the overall guest experience through digital communication channels, including emails, messaging services, Marriott platforms, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Pre-Arrival, In-Stay and post departure communication via digital channels with our guests
  • Handle requests for reservations, concierge services, and other in-house services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests using Marriott's app, including bookings and recommendations
  • Collect guest feedback through digital surveys and interactions to monitor satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize guest data and preferences to deliver personalized experiences and recommendations
  • Communicate with vendors and partners following established guidelines and procedures to ensure seamless coordination of arrangements

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in anticipating guest needs
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality-related role is preferred
  • BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant studies (people with different background are also welcome to apply)
  • A good second language is a plus
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus
  • Must be flexible and have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous experience with Marriott or Starwood will be an asset
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented
