Remote Operation Center Specialist

Everllence Hellas Ltd is looking for a
Remote Operation Center Specialist
who will handle data monitoring and evaluate - supported by advanced analytics - the data streamed from PrimeServ Assist customer's machinery in order to deliver notifications and expert advice. The job requires you to work some weekends on monthly basis

Your tasks

• Detection of anomalies in operating values / profile and prompting notification
• Trending of operating value development and sending notification
• Evaluation of component or system condition and advice (=CBM)
• Evaluation of system operation and advice
• Evaluation of system performance and advice
• Occasional travels as required by business needs
• Work in international settings
• Participate in developing the digital service concept

Your qualifications

We are looking for experienced as well as highly motivated professionals with the following qualifications:

• Engineer, Naval Architect, Data Scientist
• High interest in data monitoring and evaluation
• Basic knowledge of machinery used in marine, power or process industry
• Ability to interpret machine data
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with customers
• Fluency in English (verbally / written)
• Innovative, self-disciplined and highly motivated
