Video Editor – BrandUΑνοίγεις το timeline και βλέπεις ήδη το τελικό video στο κεφάλι σου;Αν αυτό σου συμβαίνει πριν καν πατήσεις "import", συνέχισε να διαβάζεις.Θέση: Video EditorΈδρα: BrandU – Κωλέττη 40-42, Αθήνα (κέντρο)Ωράριο: Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή, 11:00–19:00 (full time)Μισθός: Ανάλογα με εμπειρία.Είμαστε ηBrandU.Παράγουμε social media content που συζητιέται. Που αφήνει αποτύπωμα.Ψάχνουμε έναν/μία Video Editor που σκέφτεται με συναίσθημα.Τι θα κάνεις:Μοντάρεις reels, YouTube videos/Shorts, TikTok & branded contentΠροτείνεις structure, pacing, transitions, micro-cuts και narrative flowΣυνεργάζεσαι με videographers, copywriters & content managers.Κάνεις color correction/ color grade, sound leveling & clean-up όπου χρειάζεταιΟργανώνεις αρχεία, sequences, exports και naming με ακρίβεια.Δεν είσαι απλά "ο editor".Είσαι το σημείο όπου το content παίρνει ζωή.Θέλουμε από εσένα:Να έχεις εμπειρία σε Premiere, Davinci ή Capcut.Να ξέρεις τι σημαίνει γρήγορο cut, social tempo & retentionΝα μπορείς να προσαρμόζεσαι σε διαφορετικό ύφος ανά projectΝα σκέφτεσαι δημιουργικά: "Τι άλλο μπορώ να κάνω εδώ για να απογειωθεί;"Να οργανώνεις timelines και αρχεία, έτσι ώστε να μη χαθεί ποτέ τίποταΝα δέχεσαι feedback, χωρίς να το παίρνεις προσωπικά (το βλέπουμε όλοι σαν παιχνίδι)Δεν ταιριάζουμε αν:Θες "όχι πολλά-πολλά" και ήρεμους ρυθμούςΒλέπεις το editing σαν εκτέλεση, όχι σαν δημιουργίαΔεν είσαι team-playerΔεν σε νοιάζει το storytelling ή η λεπτομέρειαΖορίζεσαι όταν χρειαστεί να αλλάξει η κατεύθυνση την τελευταία στιγμήPlus (όχι υποχρεωτικά, αλλά βοηθάνε):Αν έχεις εμπειρία σε YouTube, reels ή TikTok παραγωγέςΑν ξέρεις motion graphics ή βασικά After EffectsΑν έχεις δική σου library από transitions, presets ή workflowsΑν έχεις portfolio με short-form edits ή branded videosΠώς κάνεις apply:Στείλε το βιογραφικό σου και 2–3 δείγματα δουλειάς (reels, videos, links, raw->final συγκριτικά)στο Θέμα email:"Video Editor – [Το Όνομά σου]"Προαιρετικά:Πες μας ποιο είναι το πιο "δημιουργικό μοντάζ" που έχεις κάνει ποτέ.Αν θες να μπεις σε μια ομάδα που δημιουργεί, εξελίσσεται και ανεβάζει ρυθμό καθημερινά,τότε σε περιμένουμε
