THE ROLE We need a Creative Content Producer / Filmmaker to introduce Pippa to the world. We do NOT do boring corporate explainer videos. We create "Mini-Movies" for TikTok and Instagram Reels—cinematic, emotional, and highly engaging short-form content that stops the doom-scroll in 3 seconds. You will work directly with the CEO to turn psychological concepts into high-performing video ads using cinematic stock footage, real AI voice recordings, and UGC. WHAT YOU WILL DO The "Frankenstein" Edit: You will take high-end cinematic stock footage (we provide the subscription) and weave it together with raw user-generated content to tell a story. Emotional Pacing: You aren't just cutting clips; you are editing for feeling. You know exactly when to cut the music to create tension, sadness, or relief. The "System 1" Hook: You will design the first 3 seconds of every video to trigger an immediate emotional response (Shock, Validation, Curiosity). Native Design: You will add trending, native-style text overlays and typography that look like they belong on a viral TikTok, not a TV commercial. WHO YOU ARE A Storyteller: You understand that a video isn't just a timeline; it's an emotional journey. TikTok Native: You know what "POV" means, you know trending audio, and you hate videos that feel "salesy." Resourceful: You can make a masterpiece out of three stock clips and a voiceover.
