Cost Control Manager

για μεγάλο κτιριακό έργο στα Νότια Προάστια

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παρακολουθεί, ελέγχει και συντονίζει το σύνολο των παραμέτρων κόστους του Έργου, σε συνεργασία με τον Διευθυντή Έργου.
  • Αναλύει τις απαιτήσεις της σύμβασης και αναπτύσσει λεπτομερές πρόγραμμα σύμφωνα με τις συμβατικές απαιτήσεις και τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας
  • Αναπτύσσει το πρόγραμμα προσφορών του έργου σύμφωνα με τη διαδικασία της εταιρείας
  • Παρέχει μια εκτίμηση του κόστους που απαιτείται για την εκτέλεση των δραστηριοτήτων του έργου, συλλέγει τελικά δεδομένα και αναφέρει τυχόν αποκλίσεις
  • Διατηρεί το Πρόγραμμα ενημερωμένο σύμφωνα με τις συμβατικές απαιτήσεις και διαδικασίες
  • Προετοιμάζει και υποβάλλει εκθέσεις καθημερινά, εβδομαδιαία και μηνιαία συλλέγοντας πληροφορίες από τις διάφορες λειτουργίες του έργου
  • Επικαιροποιεί την Έκθεση Ελέγχου Κόστους (CCR) ανά τρίμηνο σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας
  • Υποστηρίζει τον Contract Manager σε συμβατικά θέματα που σχετίζονται με τον προγραμματισμό και τον έλεγχο (απαιτήσεις κ.λπ.)
  • Παρακολουθεί τη συμμόρφωση με τα συμβατικά ορόσημα του έργου
  • Ενημερώνει έγκαιρα τη Διοίκηση για τυχόν κρίσιμα ζητήματα και προτείνει λύσεις
  • Ενημερώνει συνεχώς τον Project Manager για την πορεία των έργων και για πιθανούς κινδύνους.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι Πολιτικού/Μηχανολόγου/Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού
  • 10 έτη εμπειρίας σε έλεγχο κόστους σύνθετων κτιριακών έργων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office / AutoCAD
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του λογισμικού Revit της Autodesk
