Περιγραφή Ρόλου
Η θέση αφορά :
- Πενθήμερη 8ωρη απασχόληση σε 24ωρες κυλιόμενες βάρδιες
- 2-3 Σαββατοκύριακα/ μήνα (με αντίστοιχα ρεπό)
- 5-6 βραδινά / μήνα
Καθήκοντα:
- Τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών Τράπεζας σε εισερχόμενες κλήσεις
- Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση αιτημάτων αναφορικά με ζητήματα καρτών, e banking, λογαριασμών και δανείων
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ή Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
- Καλή χρήση Η/Υ
- Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες 24/7
- Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης Σαββατοκύριακα μέσα στον μήνα
- Πρότερη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο - επιθυμητή
- Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά με διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών και ομαδικό πνεύμα
