Position Summary
We are currently looking for an Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team (1 year fixed-term contract). As an Accountant, reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will actively participate in the smooth operation of the accounting department in line with the Company's goals and policies.
Your Role

  • Issuance of monthly invoices to Security clients
  • Recording collections and matching / accounting entries
  • Monitoring of open customer balances (Accounts Receivable)
  • Preparation of reports on a monthly basis
  • Communication with clients and resolution of billing-related discrepancies
  • Collaboration with Sales, Commercial, Operations and Finance departments
  • Participation in the monthly financial closing process
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies and accounting standards
Your Profile
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 2 years' experience in a relevant role
  • Computer literate, with advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Well-organized and able to meet timelines
  • Ability to work effectively within a team. Positive, with a can-do attitude
