Με σύνθημα το BEE Skilled - BEE on Board, εργαζόμενοι από όλα τα τμήματα της εταιρείας υποδέχονται στις ομάδες τους νέους με όρεξη και διάθεση να κάνουν ένα δυναμικό ξεκίνημα στην καριέρα τους

Κατά τη διάρκεια της άσκησης προσφέρουν πέρα από το On the Job Training και το Hands On Experience, πρακτική καθοδήγηση σε τομείς όπως η εξερεύνηση της σταδιοδρομίας, η κατανόηση της εταιρικής κουλτούρας, η ανάπτυξη soft skills για την τόνωση της απασχολησιμότητας και η εσωτερική επιχειρηματική ευαισθητοποίηση, με σκοπό να ενισχύσουμε τους φοιτητές που προτίμησαν και εμπιστεύτηκαν την APIVITA, ώστε να μπορούν να διεκδικήσουν με αξιώσεις μια θέση, στην εταιρεία ή/και στην ευρύτερη αγορά εργασίας.

Requirements

Δες παρακάτω τι χρειάζεσαι για να γίνεις μέλος της ομάδας της APIVITA

  • Προπτυχιακός φοιτητής/τρια (ιδανικά τελειόφοιτος/η)
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Γνώση του Microsoft Office
  • Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές κι οργανωτικές ικανότητες
  • Διάθεση για μάθηση & εξέλιξη
