Η στρατηγική μας είναι να υποστηρίξουμε τους πελάτες μας να διαχειριστούν αποτελεσματικά χαρτοφυλάκια ακίνητης περιουσίας, προσαρμόζοντας δημιουργικές και σύγχρονες μεθοδολογίες για την ενίσχυση της αξίας της ακίνητης περιουσίας και την εμπορική αξιοποίησή τους.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Συντονισμός εργασιών τεχνικής ωρίμανσης (technical due diligence) του χαρτοφυλακίου ακινήτων υπό διαχείριση
  • Παρακολούθηση του δικτύου μηχανικών της εταιρίας με στόχο την τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων παράδοσης των εργασιών προς τους πελάτες.
  • Συμμετοχή σε τηλεδιασκέψεις και συναντήσεις με πελάτες και μηχανικούς για την ενημέρωση των υποθέσεων και την εξέλιξη των εργασιών στα υπό ανάθεση ακίνητα του χαρτοφυλακίου
  • Προετοιμασία αναφορών & παρουσιάσεων σχετικά με KPIs προόδου του έργου και τους σχετικούς χρόνους απόκρισης (SLAs)
  • Ενημέρωση των συστημάτων των πελατών της εταιρίας με τα παραδοτέα τεχνικής ωρίμανσης ακίνητων
  • Στενή συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας για τη διασφάλιση μιας συνεκτικής και αποτελεσματικής ροής εργασίας
  • Έλεγχος με βάση προδιαγραφές ποιότητας των παραδοτέων του εξωτερικού δικτύου μηχανικών (review TDD reports)
  • Συλλογή και αναφορά όλων των δαπανών και των σχετικών εγγράφων/τιμολογίων για το υπό διαχείριση χαρτοφυλάκιο REO

Προσόντα

  • 1-2 έτη εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε σχετική θέση
  • Εμπειρία στην εκτέλεση SLA REO από φορείς διαχείρισης REO ή τραπεζικούς οργανισμούς θα θεωρηθεί ως πλεονέκτημα
  • Πτυχίο ή/και μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών
  • Εμπειρία στον συντονισμό έργων. Άριστες ικανότητες οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης του χρόνου
  • Τήρηση προθεσμιών, ομαδικό πνεύμα, καλές δεξιότητες προφορικής και γραπτής επικοινωνίας
  • Προχωρημένες γνώσεις ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών και MS Office
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
