You will be responsible for creating test plans, building automated test scripts, and conducting performance and security testing. Responsibilities- Design and develop automated test scripts for functional and non-functional testing using open-source tools.
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure the best customer experience.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand system functionality and requirements.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks and tools.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product specifications.
- Identify, record, and document software defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and feature quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in QA automation testing techniques and methodologies.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Python Playwrite etc..
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Understanding of security testing concepts and tools relevant to the cybersecurity domain.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
