Senior Accountant
είναι ο άνθρωπος που βλέπει πίσω από τα νούμερα: πώς δημιουργούνται, τι σημαίνουν και πώς καθοδηγούν τις αποφάσεις μιας επιχείρησης. Η δουλειά δεν περιορίζεται σε ισοζύγια και παραστατικά είναι η γέφυρα ανάμεσα στην καθημερινή λειτουργία και στη στρατηγική.

Σε έναν όμιλο φιλοξενίας, τα οικονομικά δεδομένα δεν είναι απλώς λογιστικές γραμμές. Είναι ιστορίες από κρατήσεις, μισθοδοσίες, επενδύσεις, προμηθευτές, φιλοξενούμενους. Ο
Senior Accountant
είναι εκείνος που τα οργανώνει, που εξασφαλίζει διαφάνεια, νομιμότητα και σταθερότητα.

Η θέση απαιτεί παρουσία, κρίση και ικανότητα να βλέπει τη μεγάλη εικόνα. Γιατί ένας λογιστής που μένει μόνο στα νούμερα, αφήνει πίσω του κενά. Ένας λογιστής που βλέπει τη μεγάλη εικόνα, δίνει στην εταιρεία το έδαφος να χτίσει το μέλλον της.

*Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:*

  • Καταχώρηση και έλεγχος παραστατικών, συμφωνίες λογαριασμών και τήρηση αρχείων
  • Προετοιμασία μηνιαίων και ετήσιων οικονομικών καταστάσεων
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία σύνταξης και παρακολούθησης προϋπολογισμών
  • Επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες (ελεγκτές, συμβούλους, προμηθευτές)
  • Διαχείριση εργασιακών-ασφαλιστικών θεμάτων (προσλήψεις, προγράμματα προσωπικού, Εργάνη, υπολογισμός μισθοδοσίας, υποβολή αιτήσεων σύνταξης)

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Οικονομικών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου. Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 7 ετών σε οργανωμένο λογιστήριο ή λογιστικό γραφείο, εκ των οποίων τουλάχιστον 2 σε ανώτερη/υπεύθυνη θέση
  • Άριστη γνώση γενικής και φορολογικής λογιστικής
  • Γνώση My Data και λογιστικών ERP συστημάτων (π.χ. Protel, Entersoft)
  • Εμπειρία στον ξενοδοχειακό ή τουριστικό κλάδο θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (ιδίως Excel)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
