PMO Analyst
Role Summary:
Join our dynamic PMO team and play a key role in driving project success We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support project delivery across a diverse portfolio. You'll be at the heart of our divisional Project Office—coordinating project activities, supporting project teams across the organization and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support Project Teams and monitor project objectives, milestones and performance
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, plans and budgets
- Support change management on projects and anticipate tasks or assist with corrective actions
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Facilitate project reviews with actionable KPI's and dashboards
- Take ownership of selected projects or workstreams, including coordination and reporting
- Contribute to governance improvements and knowledge-sharing efforts.
- Support project resource allocation and capacity planning
Your Skills and Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies - Familiarity with would be an asset. Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis or within a PMO
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high numeracy, and confidence working with data; effective communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with strong time management, a proactive mindset, and the ability to prioritize and switch between tasks efficiently.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated, accountable for delivering high-quality work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken)
