We are hiring: International Recruiter (Athens-based)

Our consulting firm is looking for an
International Recruiter
to join our team in
Athens
. This role is central to our proposal development process, where we work with international experts on projects across Europe and beyond.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach international experts relevant to upcoming projects.
  • Screen candidates to ensure they meet technical and professional requirements.
  • Prepare and adapt CVs in line with European standards for proposal submissions.
  • Coordinate closely with our proposal and project management teams to build strong expert networks.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally with an international or consulting focus.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when tailoring CVs to specific requirements.
  • Familiarity with European CV formats and proposal processes will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are an advantage.
