Ο Όμιλος Κοπελούζου αναζητά να καλύψει τη θέση του BusinessDevelopmentManager με κύριο αντικείμενο εργασίας την ανάπτυξη και την αδειοδοτική διαχείριση των αιολικών πάρκων του ομίλου στην Ελλάδα. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα διαθέτει εμπειρία στη διαχείριση έργων ΑΠΕ, εξαιρετικές διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες και την ικανότητα να αναπτύσσει σχέσεις με αρμόδιους φορείς και την τοπική κοινωνία, διασφαλίζοντας την επιτυχή υλοποίηση των έργων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Στρατηγικός Σχεδιασμός & Υλοποίηση: Συντονισμός της ανάπτυξης αιολικών πάρκων από τη φάση αδειοδότησης έως την υλοποίηση.
  • Αδειοδοτική Διαχείριση: Παρακολούθηση των διαδικασιών αδειοδότησης και εξασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τη νομοθεσία και τις απαιτήσεις των ρυθμιστικών αρχών.
  • Δημόσιες Σχέσεις & StakeholderManagement: Ενίσχυση συνεργασιών με δημόσιους φορείς, τοπικές αρχές, και κοινότητες για την αποδοχή και την υποστήριξη των έργων.
  • Διαχείριση Συμβάσεων & Προμηθευτών: Επίβλεψη συνεργασιών με προμηθευτές, τεχνικούς συμβούλους και εργολάβους.
  • Συντονισμός Διεπιστημονικών Ομάδων: Συνεργασία με μηχανικούς, νομικούς συμβούλους και περιβαλλοντικούς εμπειρογνώμονες για την ομαλή εξέλιξη των έργων.
  • Ανάλυση Κινδύνων & Χρονοδιαγράμματος: Διαχείριση πιθανών εμποδίων και εξασφάλιση της έγκαιρης ολοκλήρωσης των έργων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανικού, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Περιβαλλοντικών Επιστημών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.
  • Τουλάχιστον 8 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση έργων Ανανεώσιμων Πηγών Ενέργειας, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στα αιολικά πάρκα.
  • Ικανότητα ανάπτυξης σχέσεων και δικτύωσης με δημόσιους φορείς και τοπικές κοινότητες.
  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής αδειοδοτικής διαδικασίας και του νομοθετικού πλαισίου για τις ΑΠΕ.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Δυνατότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών έργων και συνεργασίας με ομάδες διαφορετικών ειδικοτήτων.
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών και ευχέρεια στη χρήση εργαλείων διαχείρισης έργων.
  • Δυνατότητα συχνών μετακινήσεων εντός Ελλάδας.
