Wat Je Gaat Doen

Als Nederlandssprekende Customer Support Specialist ben jij het vriendelijke aanspreekpunt voor klanten:

Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoontjes, chats & e-mails
Adviseren over moderne hometechnologieproducten (stofzuigers, luchtreinigers, haarverzorgingstools, enz.)
Stap-voor-stap technische problemen oplossen
Beheren van garanties, reparaties & vervangingen
Productaanbevelingen doen op basis van klantbehoeften
Zorgen voor een vlotte, positieve klantervaring

Geen technische achtergrond nodig alleen nieuwsgierigheid en de wil om te helpen
