The Role

As
Supply Chain Manager
, you will be responsible for the overall planning, organization, and optimization of the Lapin House Group's supply chain, covering all brands (Ralph Lauren, Vilebrequin, Lapin House, etc.). Your goal will be to ensure the efficient management of warehousing, logistics, 3PL partnerships, procurement, and supplier management, supporting both retail stores and the e-shop at the highest level.

Your Mission in the Team

  • Design and implement the Group's supply chain strategy
  • Manage and optimize warehouse operations (space, processes, stock accuracy)
  • Organize and monitor logistics and deliveries to stores and e-commerce customers
  • Manage relationships with 3PL partners and evaluate their performance
  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners
  • Design and track KPIs (on-time delivery, stock accuracy, logistics cost)
  • Propose process and system improvements (WMS, ERP)
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Retail, Finance, and e-commerce teams to ensure optimal support of operations
  • Adhere to budgets and rationalize logistics and procurement costs

What We Are Looking for in You

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field (MSc in Supply Chain, Logistics, or an MBA is a plus)
  • 5–6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in retail or the fashion industry
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics, warehouse, and 3PL operations
  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
  • Solid understanding of ERP/WMS systems & MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Very good command of English
