Marketing Assistant

We are currently looking for anenthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our commercial teambased in Athens headquarters.

The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of the marketing strategy through a variety of promotional, branding, and communication activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hospitality-driven team and actively contribute to shaping the look, feel, and voice of breathtaking destinations. The ideal Junior Marketer will be an enthusiastic contributor of new ideas and creative thinking, adding value across our entire portfolio of activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing efforts across all channels (online and offline), with a focus on social media, hotel websites, the hotel app, and email marketing.
• Undertake the implementation of the social media plan under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
• Help monitor the performance of digital campaigns and the direct revenue generated through digital marketing efforts.
• Support SEO activities in collaboration with external partners, including keyword research, SEO content creation, and translations.
• Track and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in planning and executing photography and videography projects.
• Update hotel content on various sites and channels.
• Contribute to the creation of CRM campaigns, including newsletters and surveys targeting both B2C and B2B segments.
• Participate in CSR initiatives, award submissions, and certification processes.

Ideal candidates should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools

• Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

• A can do attitude

• Highly energetic and creative personality

• Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – both English/Greek
