Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

About The Role 
As a Laundry Manager you play a key leadership role in supporting the overall operations of the hotel's laundry facility. You assist in managing day-to-day laundry functions including guest laundry, valet services, uniform distribution, and linen processing. With a hands-on approach, you help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and service quality, ensuring the resort's impeccable image is upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the laundry team, ensuring timely and high-quality laundering of guest items, linens, uniforms, and other textiles.
• Assist in managing inventory and par levels of linens, uniforms, chemicals, and laundry supplies; monitor usage and place orders as needed.
• Support training, scheduling, and performance management of the laundry team in alignment with Four Seasons standards.
• Ensure that guest laundry and valet services are handled with attention to care, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Inspect laundered items for cleanliness and quality; follow up on any complaints or deficiencies promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a luxury hotel laundry operation.
• Strong knowledge of laundry processes, equipment, chemicals, and fabric care standards.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift and move linen packs and trolleys (this is a physical role)
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel laundry is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and self-motivation
• Well-presented with good communication skills
• Fluent in English. Greek is a strong plus
