About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

About the role

Deliver exceptional guest service at the Spa by providing a warm welcome, personalized assistance, and maintaining a relaxing atmosphere. Manage guest arrivals, departures, bookings, and cashiering in line with hotel standards. Ensure accurate updates in Spa software, uphold telephone etiquette, and demonstrate strong product knowledge to upsell treatments and retail items. Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns promptly, and handle emergencies confidently. Maintain inventory and submit timely purchase orders while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Greet all guests who enter the Spa in a warm and welcoming manner using names when known. Offer Spa drinks, cold/warm towels and provide individual assistance and accurate information in an effective and timely manner; offer a special touch when an opportunity is presented. 
  • Coordinate and handle guest arrival, departure and cashiering tasks in accordance with hotel standards; Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area; adhere to hotel credit policies and procedures. 
  • Follow impeccable telephone etiquette and department standards. Provide a courteous, professional and warm attitude towards guests, leads, supervisors, managers and co-workers. 
  • Maintain a relaxing Spa atmosphere with music, lighting, temperature and aroma. 
  • Organize and schedule guests' Spa bookings. 
  • Update guest profiles, preferences and appointments in Spa Software accurately. 
  • Demonstrate a high degree of product knowledge for both treatments and retail in order to answer questions and upsell relevant treatments and retail products to guests, based on their needs and expected benefits. 
  • Anticipate guests' needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests; act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction; reports all glitches to Manager for further follow up. 
  • Handle unexpected situations and emergencies in a composed and confident manner and in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. 
  • Keeps accurate inventory of operating supplies and submits purchase orders to replenish stock in a timely manner. 

What you bring

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantage.
  • Proficiency in Greek language is an advantage.
