Ο πελάτης μας είναι από της ηγετικές εταιρίες στην Ελλάδα και Κύπρο.

Επενδύει σε κάθε νέο συνεργάτη και προσπαθεί να τον αναδείξει στο

οργανόγραμμα της.

Καθήκοντα

 Εκπόνηση προμετρήσεων / επιμετρήσεων και κοστολογήσεων έργων βάσει

σχεδίων.

 Επίβλεψη και διαχείριση της ομαλής εκτέλεσης των έργων.

 Αντιμετώπιση και επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων κατά τη διάρκεια των

εφαρμογών.

 Οργάνωση, προγραμματισμός και συντονισμός συνεργείων.

 Επίβλεψη συνεργείων τοποθετητών σε εργοτάξια.

 Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για συλλογή πληροφοριών και διευκρινίσεις επί

των έργων.

 Αναζήτηση κατάλληλων συνεργείων / τοποθετητών για εφαρμογή υλικών.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

 Πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού, Αρχιτέκτονα ή Τεχνικού Δομικών Έργων ή

Επιμετρητή Ποσοτήτων.

 Ελάχιστη εργασιακή εμπειρία 5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, με εμπειρία σε

εργοτάξιο.

 Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.

 Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel).

 Ευχέρεια σε σχεδιαστικά προγράμματα (AutoCAD).

 Ικανότητα κριτικής και αναλυτικής σκέψης.

 Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος).

 Ομαδικό πνεύμα και οργανωτικότητα.

 Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον.

 Δίπλωμα οδήγησης.

 Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες υποψηφίους).
