Front Office Receptionist (Marousi)

Join our dynamic and fast growing shipping company based
in
Marousi
as our new
Receptionist
. We are looking for an
organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual
who enjoys supporting a professional office environment and contributing to smooth daily operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as
    data entry, filing, and attendance tracking
  • Support invoice and document processing in collaboration with other departments
  • Help maintain office organization, supplies, and communication flow
  • Contribute to a positive, efficient workplace atmosphere

Preferred background

  • Studies in Shipping, Accounting, or Business
  • Some office or administrative experience (experience in a shipping or accounting environment is a plus)
  • Good command of English and Greek
