SWOT Hospitality, a leading Hotel Management Company, is seeking to recruit for
a new Project in Marousi:

a Reservations Agent

About the role:

• Handle daily hotel reservations, ensuring accurate data entry in the reservations system.
• Respond to guest inquiries, modify bookings, and manage cancellations in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients to confirm reservations and provide assistance.
• Manage room availability, special requests, and group bookings in coordination with the reservations team.
• Provide information regarding hotel services, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the front office, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing basic reports on reservations and occupancy when required.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing guest needs with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a reservations or front office role within a hotel environment will be considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written), additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to excellent guest service.
