Your Role

We are currently seeking to recruit a
DMC Agent
for our Europe division, responsible for handling contracting, reservations and management of third-party services related to the flawless operation of our group tours throughout Europe.

The ideal candidate has a background in group tours operation and is familiar with industry practices in the specific field.

Job Description/duties

  • Handle hotel contracting & reservations
  • Manage bookings for third-party services (transfers, restaurants, guides etc).
  • Input all bookings and relevant info in the company's software tools and make sure they are updated at all times.
  • Ensure all travel reservations are accurately handled, deadlines are met, and correct documentation is provided in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Follow up on booked services prior to clients' arrival and ensure all services have been properly processed.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the company's products and act proactively when needed.
  • Able to handle unforeseen problems and contribute to a high rate of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of group tours operation
  • Fluent in English Language (additional languages would be a plus)
  • Familiar with Office 365 and web-based applications & tools
  • A Degree in Tourism Studies will be preferable
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple group activities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
  • Quick thinker and fast learner
  • Team player
