BI Developer.

Main Duties:

Participate in a Data Base Experts team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server:

  • Large ERP System Database
  • Data Migration
  • Data Replication
  • Microsoft Analysis Services Cubes
  • SQL Server procedures, Functions, Triggers, Linked Servers.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years working experience gathering required BI system requirements
  • Working experience with analysis, design, and development of large high performance databases
  • Ability to translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to drive data store/ data warehouse
  • Experience in writing queries, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, dynamic queries for Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
  • Experience in SQL Server Database Tuning and Query Optimization techniques
  • Experience in Data Warehouse design and implementation: Solid knowledge of dimensional modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema), fact tables and dimension tables
  • Strong skills in teamwork, communication, analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS)
  • Knowledge of ERP software
  • Experience with Source Control Tools, Code Repositories, Code Versioning, and Branch Development (preferably GIT).
