freelancer Junior Attorney (part time).

About the role

The junior Attorney at Engel & Völkers Greece manages daily legal needs, including brokerage contracts, corporate/employment law, GDPR, and AML compliance, reporting directly to the Head of Legal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily legal advice on brokerage agreements to be signed with the company's clients.
  • Handle legal matters related to corporate and employment law for the company.
  • Review agreements with service providers.
  • Support the legal department on litigation cases and lawsuits.
  • Assist in the ongoing implementation and adherence to GDPR and AML legislation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree in Corporate Law will be considered a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Contract Law and Company law.
  • Minimum four years of active legal practice. Corporate environment experience will be considered a plus.
  • Fluent Greek and English is required; German language skills will be considered a plus.
  • Strong and command of MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
  • Cooperative attitude, proactivity and adaptability.
