As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring that every guest receives exemplary service and their stay is comfortable and secure. Your strong leadership and problem-solving skills will be crucial as you manage staff, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and ensure all safety and security protocols are strictly adhered to. You will act as the main point of contact for guests and staff, making decisions that uphold the hotel's reputation for luxury and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel operations during night hours, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting with late arrivals, early departures, and addressing any inquiries or special requests.
  • Supervise front desk and guest services activities, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction throughout the night.
  • Promptly address guest concerns or complaints, providing effective solutions and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and security checkpoints to uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Manage night shift staffing, including mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Compile and submit nightly reports on occupancy, revenue, and notable incidents, ensuring seamless communication with daytime management.
  • Ensure that VIP and Hilton Honors Elite guest experiences remain consistent around the clock.
  • Complete incident reports and escalate as required to senior management.
  • Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate logs, guest folios, and internal communications during the shift.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Night Manager in a hotel environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-centric approach to service.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with a diverse clientele and team.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
