The Role

We're looking for a Secretary
to join our team in
Piraeus
. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll support our operations with:

  • Company secretarial tasks and admin support
  • Professional client communication
  • Customer service for our partners and clients
  • Office coordination and document management

Qualifications


Administrative assistance & organizational skills

Strong communication & customer service abilities

Proficiency in MS Office & English

Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Experience in marine insurance (a plus)

Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
