Αναζητούμε έναν δυναμικό και έμπειρο OperationsManager με ισχυρό υπόβαθρο στη φιλοξενία πολυτελείας, για την εποπτείακαι τον συντονισμό όλων των λειτουργιών του ξενοδοχείου.Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα έχει ηγετικέςικανότητες, εμπειρία σε απαιτητικά περιβάλλοντα luxury φιλοξενίας και πάθος γιατην παροχή εξαιρετικής εμπειρίας στους επισκέπτες.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Ολική επίβλεψη των καθημερινών λειτουργιών του resort (Υποδοχή, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Συντήρηση, Guest Relations)
  • Διασφάλιση κορυφαίας εμπειρίας επισκέπτη, σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα ενός luxury resort
  • Διαχείριση και παρακίνηση ομάδων με στόχο την αποδοτικότητα και την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση
  • Επίλυση προβλημάτων και παραπόνων με διακριτικότητα και επαγγελματισμό
  • Συνεργασία με τη Γενική Διεύθυνση για την υλοποίηση στρατηγικών στόχων
  • Παρακολούθηση λειτουργικών KPI's και προτάσεις για συνεχή βελτίωση
  • Επίβλεψη τήρησης πολιτικών υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και περιβαλλοντικών προτύπων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Διοίκησης Τουριστικών Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών – επιπλέον γλώσσες θα θεωρηθούν προσόν
  • Εξοικείωση με συστήματα PMS (όπως Protel ή παρόμοια)
  • Ηγετικές ικανότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων
  • Προσανατολισμός στον επισκέπτη και λεπτομέρεια
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πίεσης και πολυδιάστατων καταστάσεων
