Role Description

At etouri, we're redefining luxury hospitality and we're looking for a proactive
Property Coordinator
to manage our portfolio of premium properties and ensure every guest experience exceeds expectations. You'll be at the heart of operations, coordinating teams, liaising with partners, and solving challenges with efficiency and care.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness for guests

• Coordinate internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, concierge etc.) and external partners to deliver seamless services

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy

• Maintain accurate records of property operations, bookings, and reports

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute to the growth of etouri

What You'll Bring:

• 2–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or related fields

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills in Greek and English (both written and spoken)

• Comfortable using IT systems and property management tools

• Valid driver's license (B category) and flexibility to travel between properties
