Role Description

At etouri, guest experience is at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our guests and homeowners, ensuring every interaction — from the first inquiry to post-stay support — is handled with efficiency, accuracy, and true hospitality. You'll collaborate closely with our internal teams and play a key role in maintaining the high standards that define the etouri experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for guests and homeowners, delivering timely, accurate, and warm communication 

  • Handle inquiries from initial contact through post-stay follow-up, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

  • Manage sensitive or high-priority cases with discretion, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving

  • Maintain detailed records and ensure all information in our internal systems is accurate and up to date

  • Anticipate guest needs and identify opportunities to elevate their stay through personalized support

  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of our customer service processes as etouri continues to grow

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within Vacation Rental

  • Management, a Boutique Hotel, or a luxury hospitality-facing position

  • Proven ability to manage demanding clients with discretion and finesse

  • Deep knowledge of Crete and Greece as a high-end destination

  • Exceptional communication skills in English & Greek; additional languages are a strong plus

  • Tech-savvy mindset and ability to quickly adapt to our internal systems

  • A natural multitasker with both a cool hand and a warm heart
