FRONT OFFICE RENT A CAR - VEHICLE DELIVERIES & PICK-UPS:

AUTOWAY, a car rental company based in Crete with 40 years of experience in the industry, is looking for a partner for its Vehicle Deliveries & Pickups (Front Office) department for the 2026 summer season at its station at Heraklion Airport.

The role involves welcoming and serving customers, handling vehicle deliveries and pick-ups, and ensuring the smooth operation of the station.

Main responsibilities:


• Welcoming customers upon vehicle pick-up and return


• Delivering/receiving vehicles at stations or partner locations


• Checking the condition of the vehicle (fuel, damage, cleanliness)


• Entering basic information into the system and informing the customer


• Working with other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the station

Required qualifications:


• Class B driver's license


• Good knowledge of English (knowledge of a second foreign language will be appreciated)


• Politeness and professional demeanor


• Communication and customer service skills


• Responsibility, consistency, and team spirit
