FlexCar is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece. The Marketing Manager, will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and generate sales leads.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation. Working closely with cross-functional and international teams, the role focuses on aligning marketing initiatives with business growth, revenue targets, and brand positioning. The Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns across digital and traditional channels, manage budgets and performance metrics, and contribute to building a high-performing, collaborative marketing function.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content marketing, traditional channels & events.
• Liaise with international and local cross-functional BUs -such as Sales/Ops, Tech, Digital, Creative, Finance and Legal– ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability targets
• Work closely with the sales team to procure new business opportunities or improve issues
• Manage the marketing budget effectively and track ROI of marketing campaigns
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including website content, advertising materials, presentations, and sales tools
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and maximize exposure
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on results to senior leadership
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation
• Assist by orienting & coaching other team members; communicate tasks & expectations and oversee the implementation by creating an achievable and sustainable workload

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 -5 years of proven experience in Marketing Agency, Start up or similar fast paced working environment
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, digital platforms & social media channels.
• Proficient in people management
• Keen eye for detail
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
