JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Procurement Manager
to lead and develop our procurement function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this key role will play a pivotal part in enhancing the quality and efficiency of the services we deliver to our clients. The successful candidate will drive cost-effective sourcing strategies, establish vendor partnerships, and negotiate service contracts that align with our operational goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape procurement practices within a growing, service-focused organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with service delivery goals.
• Source and evaluate vendors for services
• Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and
• cost efficiency.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast service needs and budget
• accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and Supplier
• evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
:

• University degree either in Business Administration, Logistics, or related
• fields. - 3–5 years of experience in similar position.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and vendor management and evaluation
• tools.
• Strong understanding of Service contracts and Procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Team player with good verbal & written communication skills
