Apple Sales Professional (Full Time Job) :

O/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα των Apple Sales Professionals της iStorm και θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για:

Την υποδοχή και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών του καταστήματος σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές της Apple

Την προώθηση προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών της Apple & τη δημιουργία ευκαιριών πωλήσεων

Την εξασφάλιση επάρκειας προϊόντων και ευταξίας του χώρου έκθεσης και αποθήκευσης των προϊόντων

Τη διευθέτηση ταμειακών συναλλαγών και διαδικασιών

Την ανάπτυξη πελατειακών σχέσεων προσφέροντας εξυπηρέτηση υψηλών προδιαγραφών

Προσόντα :

Πάθος για την Τεχνολογία

Υπευθυνότητα, οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια

Συνδυαστική σκέψη και πελατοκεντρική διάθεση

Ομαδικό πνεύμα

Εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών

Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες

Καλή γνώσης Αγγλικής γλώσσας

Καλή γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ

Ευελιξία στο ωράριο εργασίας σε 8ωρες εναλλασσόμενες βάρδιες βάσει ωραρίου καταστημάτων (πρωί / απόγευμα)

Επιθυμητά προσόντα & δεξιότητες :

Γνώση σε λύσεις και προϊόντα Apple σε επίπεδο Hardware και Software (iOS, MacOS)

Ανάλογη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε Technology Retail Industry

Γνώση SAP & CRM θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
