About the Role
:

We are looking for a
Listing Officer
to join our team in Athens. This role is key in ensuring that our yacht database and external platforms reflect accurate, high-quality information at all times.

The successful candidate will combine technical precision with industry knowledge, supporting our sales and marketing teams with up-to-date yacht listings and market insights.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Create, maintain and update IYC's yacht database with accurate specifications, photos, pricing, and descriptions.
• Monitor various sources (other databases, industry announcements, competition websites) and identify changes in yacht specifications that need to be made.
• Upload listings to third-party platforms and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Regularly audit listings for accuracy, completeness and quality.
• Monitor listing expirations, price changes and sales status updates.
• Stay always up-to-date on the IYC' s global yacht fleet to make sure information on company website and 3rd party websites is up to date.
• Coordinate with sales team on sales material needed and collect accurate vessel information and media.
• Conduct market research as required.
• Test database functionality and assist with trouble shooting.

Qualifications & Requirements
:

• University degree required, preferably in data management or other related field.
• Proficiency with database systems and listing platforms; experience with Yatco, BoatWizard, or similar preferred).
• Previous experience in the yacht industry.
• Strong enthusiasm for accurate data entry and information management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and feeling comfortable working as part of a global, cross-functional team.
